Francisco Niclós Negrão is a partner at Magalhães e Dias, heading the international trade practice and experienced in antitrust. Holding degrees in law and economics, he has extensive experience representing clients from a vast array of industries in leading cases in both fields. He is routinely engaged on cases involving anti-dumping, countervailing duties, public interest analyses, trade restrictions, complex merger reviews, cartel and vertical restrictions investigations, and settlement negotiations, having trained thousands of individuals in compliance programmes. Francisco figures as a former director of international trade at the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (IBRAC) (2016–2019).
