Raul’s practice includes infrastructure, real estate and land use with extensive experience in the acquisition, real estate development and remediation of surface land for development of mining and infrastructure projects.
Former positions include: manager of Community Relationships of Gold Fields Mining Company, project manager at Instituto Libertad y Democracia for projects developed in Mexico and Dominican Republic; manager of Title, Declaration and Regularisation of the Property for the Commission for the Registration of Informal Property; part of the work teams of projects in Egypt, Haiti and Tanzania, and associate at Jorge Avendaño law firm.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association and author of several publications on real estate and land use transactions.
Graduated from Catholic University of Peru and professor of property law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and of the real estate rights, and civil law proceeding courses at Pontificia Catholic University of Peru.
