Guerrero Olivos’ chair and leading partner of the corporate/M&A, banking and finance and capital markets groups. He specialises in international and domestic M&As, corporate governance, banking and finance law, project finance and capital markets.
He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a master’s in comparative jurisprudence from New York University; was a fellow of the Eisenhower Fellowship’s MultiNational Exchange Program; and a foreign associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.
He is a board member of BCI Corredor de Bolsa, Edenred Chile and of the Chilean-Pacific Foundation; member of the arbitration body of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and the National Centre of Arbitration; member of the National Council of Television; and former member of the Council for Transparency.
In the academic field, he is professor of commercial law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law since 1998 and was Dean and previously, Vice Dean of the same School of Law.
