Santiago Ferrer specialises in M&A and economic competition, and currently heads both practices in the Mexico City office. He has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on commercial transactions, M&A, joint investments and financing, and economic competition in the consumer, infrastructure, healthcare and real estate sectors. With over 18 years’ experience, he previously worked in international law firms in Mexico City, New York and Chicago.
