Elaine Palmer is a corporate lawyer with BMA, with vast experience in both the corporate law and in capital markets areas, advising national and international clients. She also coordinates the firm’s digital law and new technologies group.
Elaine joined BMA in April 1995 and practised corporate and securities law until May 2009, when she became managing partner, a position she held until 2015. During her term as managing partner, all of BMA's operating areas reported to her: financial, control, administrative, billing, projects, IT, marketing and communication, legal, human resources, productivity, strategic planning and business development. She was also chair of the firm's steering and executive committees.
