Specialist in environmental law, Roberta manages complex crises due to her skills for the composition of multiple interests in negotiation processes. She provides assistance in matters related to the implementation of potential polluting projects and the analysis of liabilities, support to investors and financial institutions for the identification and management of environmental risks, as well as working with environmental agencies and the Department of Public Prosecution. Has experience in industry areas such as logistics, food and beverage, chemicals, real estate, agribusiness, steel, mining, automotive, banking and pharmaceutical.
Received her LLB and postgraduation degree in environmental law from the University of São Paulo and LLM in public international law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Leonhardt is member of the International Bar Association (Programme Officer, Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee, 2015–2016 and vice chair, Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee, 2017–2018, senior vice chair 2019) and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
