Expertise Mr Silva concentrates his practice in projects, financing and acquisitions, mainly in the infrastructure and energy fields. He has broad experience and knowledge of the industry that allow him to manage complex projects in their different phases. He normally leads multidisciplinary teams, combining the underlying regulatory aspects of the project and the complexities involved (bidding processes, project financing, M&A or restructurings).
