Guillermo Fonseca is head of the BMAJ’s Tax practice area. He represents a broad range of domestic and international clients concerning the tax aspects involved in planning, structuring and negotiating business operations, transactions and financings.
Guillermo also represents clients in judicial proceedings in courts of justice, as well as before public and regulatory authorities.
He has extensive knowledge of tax legislation for Peru, Colombia and Spain; specifically advising clients on the tax effects of investment in these and other South American countries.
