Holds a law degree from U Boliviana Catholic University and a master’s degree in taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid, Spain). He additionally holds a comparative tax policy and administration postgraduate degree from the Kennedy School of Business at Harvard (Boston, USA). Mr Ordonez’ leads FERRERE’s tax practice and is routinely involved in complex corporate transactions, including M&A’s, restructurings and transformations. Prior to joining FERRERE, Ordoñez developed most of his professional career in Europe as in-house tax adviser at Telefonica and Repsol where he ultimately led the tax advice and litigation practice in Bolivia. He is member of the National Bar Association of Bolivia, the International Bar Association (IBA) the International Fiscal Association IFA.
