Biography

Partner and member of the corporate/M&A, compliance and antitrust departments and head of the consumer protection practice area. He specialises in M&A, joint ventures, foreign investment, consumer protection and business law.

He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, holds an LLM from the New York University, was part of the Academy of American and International Law of Southewestern Institute for International and Comparative Law in Dallas, and General Secretary for the Academy of American and International Law Alumni Association

In the academic field, he is professor of commercial law at Pontificia Universidad Católica Law School since 2015.
