Biography
Kevin advises clients from different industries in concessions, infrastructure and corporate related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, shareholder disputes and debt restructurings. Kevin also assists some of the largest infrastructure conglomerates in Brazil in highly complex compliance-related matters as well as in internal investigations, crisis management and development of compliance programmes. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an international associate in the Houston office of Thompson & Knight LLP.
