Adrián Furman is a partner in the mergers & acquisitions and entertainment law departments and the head of our IP practice. He joined the firm in 2000.
He graduated as a lawyer from University of Buenos Aires in 1998. He obtained a postgraduate degree in corporate business law and is a professor of civil and commercial contracts at the same institution. In 2005, he was international associate at the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
He has worked on numerous corporate sale and acquisition transactions and regularly, advises corporate clients on various issues of a contractual nature. He also has broad experience on issues of commercial fair trade and consumer protection.
Mr Furman has been co-chair of the International Transactions Committee of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association.
