Biography
Mariana assists clients with the structuring and implementation of real estate businesses, including direct and indirect acquisition and sale of urban and rural properties, urban and rural leases, built-to-suit and sale and leaseback transactions, partnerships for real estate developments, swap transactions, surface rights and usufruct. She also negotiates and prepares construction agreements and works with real estate financing and the constitution of guarantees. Mariana handles cases involving property with defective titles, issues of notarial and/or registration nature, delimitation of indigenous lands and quilombola communities. She has experience in the retail, hospitality and shopping centre sectors.
