José Reaño leads our criminal litigation and corporate compliance practice groups. He counsels on the design and execution of criminal defence strategies, represents companies and their executives in criminal litigations related to corporate and business activity and works in implementing regulatory compliance programmes intended to prevent criminal contingencies.
He teaches the criminal law course in the postgraduate programme of the Peruvian University of Applied Science. He is a regular speaker in congresses and seminars on economic crime and anti-corruption.
