Cristiane I Matsumoto is the leading partner of the social security practice at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. She has significant experience in providing consultancy services to large companies in respect to payroll taxation. She is a litigation expert and is responsible for a considerable volume of administrative and judicial cases that discuss the levy of social security taxes, seeking more tax efficiency for her clients. She is also strongly dedicated to structuring and implementing variable remuneration models such as profit-sharing plans, stock option plans, bonuses, etc. Cristiane also handles regulatory aspects of private pension plans, working closely with governmental agency PREVIC.
