Florencia Castagnola, lawyer and notary, is partner at Guyer & Regules and develops her activities mainly in the banking and corporate department. She specialises in financial transactions, debt restructuring, sovereign debt transactions, securities offerings, as well as in providing regulatory advice to different types of companies in the financial and capital markets sector (including in the fintech business).
