Alex Morris leads our wealth planning practice group. He specialises in advising companies on national and international fiscal planning, as well as on international taxation. He assists clients in designing the most appropriate legal structures to organise their patrimony, in compliance with current regulations.
He counsels on the preparation of shareholders’ agreements in closely held companies or equity groups, family protocols, good corporate governance structures, asset protection, selling companies, fiscal planning, corporate compliance and estates. Former chairman of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and former vice chairman of the International Fiscal Association (Peruvian Group).
Education: Pontifical Catholic University of Peru Law School (1979) and Centre for Tax and Economic Studies of Madrid, Spain (1989–1990).
