Gabriel Gotlib has been a partner since 2000. He specialises in tax, corporate and financial law.
He has broad experience in tax counselling, advising banks and local and foreign companies on a range of areas, including real estate, retail and software.
He also has experience advising on financing, international transactions and M&A.
He was a professor of taxation of financial instruments at the Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Economics’ Postgraduate Course on Taxation and he is a professor of tax planning at the Universidad Austral School of law’s postgraduate course on taxation. He is the author of he is the author of the books Procedimiento Tributario, Nuevos instrumentos financieros, Aspectos Internacionales de la Tributación Argentina, Vicios y Mitos de la Interpretación Tributaria and Tratado de Fideicomiso. He has made many presentations at conferences in Argentina and abroad.
He graduated from the international tax programme at Harvard University School of Law.
