Luciana Magalhães Costa is a lawyer in BMA’s corporate law practice area. She acts for public and private companies, both national and international, in corporate restructurings and M&A transactions, including investments, divestments and joint ventures, principally in the infrastructure, telecommunications, mining, food and forestry industries.
She also advises clients in negotiating and preparing commercial contracts, and in debt restructurings and corporate disputes of various kinds.
