Carlos Carpio leads our public law practice group. He provides advisory on public procurement processes for supply, services rendering, and works execution with special emphasis on sanction procedures.
He counsels construction, mining, industrial companies and real estate promoters on the acquisition of lands, multi-family complexes development, shopping mall construction, urban planning, buildings regularisation, land zoning, urban habilitation and municipal legislation.
