Biography

Mirella has vast experience in corporate law. She actively participates in M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, foreign investments in Brazil and contractual analysis. Her native language is Portuguese, and she is fluent in English. Mirella obtained her LLM in corporate law from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2004.
