He specialises in highly regulated deals assisting domestic and foreign companies on TMT regulation, data protection and new technological platforms. From the banking and financial angle, he is an expert in financial restructuring processes, leading the first of this kind in Chile a few years ago. He also focuses, advising lenders and borrowers, in acquisition finance and international financings. He graduated from was Universidad Diego Portales and admitted as special legal consultant in Washington, DC on 2001. He holds a master’s in international business law from the American University in Washington, DC and worked as foreign associate with Piper, Marbury, Rudnick & Wolfe and also with Swidler, Berlin, Shereff, Friedman, LLP in Washington, DC.
He is a member of the International Bar Association’s Communication Committee, of the District of Columbia Bar Association, and of the American Bar Association.
