Graduated from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA); University of Salamanca, Spain (postgraduate degree in commercial law, 2000); Universidad Católica Boliviana and the Harvard Institute for International Development, specialising in Bolivian corporate law (2002).
