Diana has over 12 years of experience in energy matters, oil and gas projects, litigation and dispute resolution. For the past five years she has focused her practice in the development of oil and gas projects within Mexico, in the upstream, midstream and downstream areas, advising in international bidding rounds for exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons, open season tender processes, development of storage and distribution terminal projects.
She also advises in complex regulatory matters, as well as in the integration of supply agreements, take-or-pay contracts and logistics services agreement, and advised several marketing companies of energy commodities.
Prior to joining the firm, she was general counsel at Silver Fuels, Inc and Silver Fuels, LLC, a trading firm based in Houston and Mexico City.
She holds an MSc from Columbia University and is member of the Women’s Energy Network and Abogadas MX, being involved in career advancement and women diversity initiatives.
