César De la Parra Bello, an attorney at law, graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in 2006, with a degree in law (JD equivalent). He completed the master’s degree in tax law with a certificate in international taxation at Georgetown University Law Center.
Joined Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa in 2002 and was admitted to the partnership on 1 January 2015. He has 16 years of experience practising litigation and tax controversy as well as managing procedures initiated by federal and local tax authorities related to federal and local taxes, involving transfer pricing, financial system, corporate restructuring and anti-money laundering.
He participated in constitutional legal remedies challenging the unconstitutionality of several Mexican tax laws before the Supreme Court of Justice. Before joining the tax controversy and litigation practice, rendered tax advisory for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securitisations, structure finance, new financial products and cross-border transactions.
