Larissa Galimberti is a partner at the firm, and specialises in tech transactions and licensing with focus on new technologies, privacy and data protection, e-commerce, software, data analytics, big data and internet of things (IoT), intellectual property, media and entertainment. Galimberti has been involved in complex negotiations regarding joint development agreements, SAS and software agreements and intellectual property deals. Galimberti has also experience in counselling clients at all stages of their growth and at all industries in navigating the new environment for data protection in Brazil, assisting with the structuring of their business and operations in Brazil, building of new products and drafting the related contracts with users and providers. She holds a JD (’05) and a master’s in commercial law (’13) from the University of São Paulo and an LLM in law, science and technology from Stanford Law School (’14). She was a foreign associate at Fenwick & West in California.
