Francisco Niclós Negrão is a partner at Magalhães e Dias, heading the international trade practice and experienced in antitrust. Holding degrees in law and economics, he has extensive experience representing clients from a vast array of industries in leading cases in both fields. He is routinely engaged on cases involving anti-dumping, countervailing duties, public interest analyses, trade restrictions, complex merger reviews, cartel and vertical restrictions investigations, and settlement negotiations, having trained thousands of individuals in compliance programmes. Francisco is director of international trade at the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (IBRAC) (2016–2019).
