Partner at the Firm’s Financial Practice Area. He specializes in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and general corporate advisory having participated in a wide range of areas with special emphasis on retail, energy, mining and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Carlos worked for New York-based law firms such as Sidley Austin, DLA Piper and Clifford Chance.
Finally, Carlos is a Professor of the courses of Securities Market and Structures of a Corporate Agreement for a LLM, both for University of Lima and for ESAN University (School of Law). Carlos has authored several articles published in specialized journals at a local and international level.
