Patricia leads the mining practice group, and is member of the corporate/M&A group. She graduated from University of Rosario with graduate degree in corporate law. She has more than 25 years of professional experience. As partner of Gómez-Pinzón, she has conducted mining companies and estates acquisitions as well as corporate transactions and privatisations on the energy distribution industry.

She has rendered legal advice to energy, gas, mining, public utilities, pharmaceutical, security and services companies, in matters that include corporate law, structuring investment vehicles, negotiation and drafting of share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, mergers, spin-offs, commercial establishment leases, collateral agreements, supply agreements and civil construction agreements, among others. Similarly, she has represented foreign investors during the country’s most important privatisations in the energy sector.

Patricia provides daily counsel to companies such as; Unisono, OHL, Grupo de Generadores Térmicos, Drummond, Glencore, Interamerica, The Warranty Group, Outspan, Lexmark, Group Ultra and Sandvik, among others.
