Bruno has more than 13 years’ experience in competition/antitrust, including notifications of M&As and associative contracts to the Brazilian antitrust authorities, international and local cartels, and abuse of dominant position. Also negotiating leniency agreements, cease and desist agreements (TCCs) and agreements on concentration control (ACCs) as well as implementing and reviewing compliance programmes.
He has PhD in commercial law with major in competition law from USP, earned an LLM in competition law from King’s College of London and is a postgraduate in finance administration from FIA/FEA.
Bruno is a former associate at Howrey LLP (Brussels), where he worked on competition issues. Also, he is a council member of the Brazilian Institute of Studies of Competition, Consumption and International Trade; member of the Competition Law Commission; and coordinator of the Competition Law Commission of the Law Firms Centre of Studies.
