Vicente has general legal practice with an emphasis in corporate law, project financing and telecommunications law.
He has counselled banks, financial institutions in constituting debt facilities in favour of Costa Rican, Nicaraguan and Honduran debtors. Vicente has a unique regional experience as regulatory counsel to competitive carriers, value-added service and infrastructure developers in the telecommunications sector. Vicente has worked with regional, US and European investors in the private sector, in industries as diverse as auto retail, packaged foods, beverages, telecommunications and real estate development.
Vicente holds an LLM in common law studies from Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, DC and is a Fulbright scholar (1999).
He obtained his juris doctor – equivalent to a law degree – from Law School, Universidad of Costa Rica (1997). He is authorised as a practising attorney in the State of New York, United States of America (2000), as well as a practicing attorney and notary public in Costa Rica (1997).
