Zygmunt provides advice in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, telecommunications, oil and gas, free zones and mergers and acquisitions, energy, among others. He has successfully coordinated regional and international transactions, accompanying local clients in their expansion abroad or assisting international clients entering the market. His practice also includes the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, financial arrangements, corporate and tax planning, and conflict management.
He has a juris doctor degree from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain and also studied Communitarian European Law in Salamanca. He is authorised as a practising attorney and notary public in El Salvador. He attended the Program of Negotiation for Lawyers at Harvard Law School and studies in credit instruments and accounting for lawyers, Harvard Law School. Executive Program on Management at Yale University. Master's in business administration (MBA) with honours, INCAE Business School.
