Russell is a partner in the firm's international banking practice. He handles secured and unsecured credit facilities; leveraged acquisition finance; letters of credit, lending by export credit agencies and multilateral institutions and other trade financing arrangements; asset-based lending; and project finance, all with a focus on cross-border transactions. In the capital markets area Russell advises on collateral agency and trustee arrangements, secondary sales of financial assets and derivatives. He also counsels clients on non-judicial restructurings. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French and Japanese.
