Work experience: Santiago leads the Audits Unit and has extensive experience advising clients from the oil & gas industry, among others. During his tenure at the firm, Santiago has been part of the consultancy, litigation, audits, collective bargaining and costumer training teams.
Santiago is a professor of labour relations in the undergraduate and extensive education programs at the University of los Andes and Pontifical Xavierian University. His articles have been published by various professional and human resources organizations including Asociación de Gestión Humana (ACRIP) and LEGIS. He presents seminars on a variety of labour and employment law topics.
