Marcelo Cosac advises clients in domestic and international corporate finance transactions, securitisation, project finance and debt restructuring. Marcelo has led complex corporate debt, debt restructuring, fund formation, fund raisings and securitisation transactions in a broad range of industries, including real estate, agribusiness, banking and services. He has handled matters for clients including Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA, Credit Suisse, Jive, RB Capital, Valora, Lone Star and BR Partners. A frequent speaker on capital markets and a professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and the University of Secovi (State of São Paulo Real Estate Union), Marcelo is also a leader in pro bono activities, including advising Instituto Tênis.
Marcelo graduated from PUC/SP in 1998 and holds an LLM from the Law School of University of Pennsylvania.
