Prior to joining the firm, Daniela was partner of a large Brazilian law firm, in the corporate practice with a focus on capital markets and foreign investments in Brazil. Recently, she worked for Banco Rabobank International Brasil as a statutory director and head of the legal department having gained experience in regulatory and banking matters, as well as structuring and issuances of agribusiness securities (CRAs, LCAs, CDCAs and CDA-WA) and other forms of soft commodities and trade finance financing.
As a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, a leading law firm in the United States, Daniela specialised in public and private cross-border offerings.
