As a founding partner of Araquereyna and with over 40 years of professional experience, Manuel Reyna has focused his practice on wealth and estate planning, civil negotiations and assets distribution among family groups. He has several years of experience practising business law, particularly, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, planning and implementation of corporate structures, real estate and banking and finance.
He has been included, since its creation, in the list of arbitrators of the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce (affiliated to the ICC) and currently, he is a member of the board of directors of said Chamber. Furthermore, he is devoted social responsibility activities, through ASOPICA, AC, a charity he founded in 2003 to support education projects for the least favoured in Apure.
