Fernando received his JD from Pontificia Catholic University of Peru. He specialises in contracts, corporate and commercial law, and family property planning and has a broad experience in these matters both with clients from the public and private sectors.
For almost three years he was internal counsel for the FONAFE, the public entity in Peru in charge of managing the Peruvian government investments in private companies, and as a result became an expert in matters such as regulation of governmental property, government contracts and acquisitions, concessions and privatisations, foreign investment and administrative law.
Fernando’s practice includes advising and representing both private and governmental clients in his areas of expertise. He writes and speaks regularly on corporate and commercial law matters as well as on governmental regulation. He is fluent in English.
