His professional activity ranges from structuring of mergers and acquisitions to design of financial products, and from real estate developments to personal wealth planning.
He has successfully led the defence of some of the most significant disputes instituted by the Uruguayan tax authority against credit, financial and farming concerns.
Associate professor of taxes at Universidad ORT and professor in the Executive Programme at the same university. He is a member of the Uruguayan Tax Studies Institute. Graduated from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and obtained a diploma in international law at the Academy of American and international law sponsored by the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law.
