Alexandre has extensive experience in Brazilian taxation and their influence in corporate matters and M&A. He stands out for his vast knowledge in international taxation and transfer pricing applied to complex domestic tax issues.
He is graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 1992; holds an LLM in international taxation from the University of Leiden in The Netherlands, 2002; specialised in Finance and International Business at New York University, 1998; and obtained a postgraduate degree in international business management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation’s EAESP, 2001. He is currently chairman of the AMCHAM São Paulo taxation committee, and teacher of international tax and transfer pricing at FIPECAFI, FGV and the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT).
