Barbara Rosenberg heads the BMA antitrust and competition practice. She has extensive experience in cartel cases, investigation of anticompetitive conducts and merger reviews, having been involved in the most significant transactions in Brazil over the past decade. Her clients include a wide range of national and international companies in a number of sectors. According to Who's Who Legal: Competition – Future Leaders 2017, “Barbara Rosenberg is an absolute superstar” with “a very long and solid track record in most of the country’s significant cases”.
Barbara acted as an enforcer for three years, as the head of the Antitrust Division within the Secretariat of Economic Law at the Ministry of Justice (SDE/MJ). Barbara has been regularly cited as a reference in the field by legal directories such as Who's Who, GCR and Chambers.
