José Inácio is a partner in BMA’s competition law practice area. He holds degrees both in law and in economics, and is highly experienced in all areas of competition law and practice, including merger review proceedings, cartel investigations, leniency applications and settlement discussions, unilateral conduct investigation and advising dominant firms, and compliance and internal investigations. He also assists the litigation practice area in court disputes whose merits concern competition law matters.
Ranked as “Band 4” in Chambers Latin America 2019 – Competition/Antitrust (Brazil), and professor of the postgraduation Lato Sensu of DIREITO SP.
