Carlo’s primary focus is international arbitration and litigation, representing large multinational companies in international investment and commercial arbitrations and complex litigation with parties of different nationalities. His litigation practice involves matters in the infrastructure, energy, mining, telecommunications and construction industries, including corporate disputes and disputes with regulatory agencies. Carlo also has substantial experience with international investigations on issues related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and international enforcement. Carlo obtained his law degree from the Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo, and his LLM in International Arbitration from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, UK, 2007.
