Alonso Indacochea entered IA in August 2000, and focuses in corporate counsel thanks to his training in corporate law and business administration. 

He participates in corporate restructurings, such as M&As, split-offs and transformations for local and foreign clients and has an active role in incorporating companies and performing due diligences for local business clients. He also works closely with international financial institutions incorporating off shore companies, foundations, trusts and family by-laws. 
With vast experience, Alonso provides counsel from a finance and tax perspective, as well as civil-commercial and banking aspects specialising in investment and acquisition of rural properties in the country as well.
