Adriana co-coordinates the arbitration team of L.O.Baptista. Has more than 20 years of experience in judicial disputes and in national and international arbitration, acting both as lawyer and arbitrator. Her practice comprises civil, commercial and corporate matters, in a wide range of sectors. Has been appointed by Who’s Who Legal, Chambers Global and Latin Lawyer, among others, as one of the leading lawyers in Brazil in arbitration for many years. Professor of Arbitration at various institutions. Coordinates the arbitration course at IICS. Member of ICCA'S governing board since 2012. Chaired the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) from 2009 to 2012. She participates as a committee member in various academic and arbitral institutions. Graduated in 1993 at the University of São Paulo, where she also got her PhD in 2008, she also specialised at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and her master’s degree in 2000.
