Holds a law degree from Boliviana Catholic University (La Paz, Bolivia), LLM in international and comparative law, George Washington University Law School (Washington DC, USA). Mr Pinto’s practice focuses on corporate law and banking and finance. Prior to joining FERRERE, he was visiting lawyer at McLeod Dixon LLP’s (now Norton Rose Fulbright LLP) Venezuela office and Mayer Brown LLP’s office in Brazil. He is the author of several articles and publications discussing financial transactions, banking regulations, secured transactions and M&A operations. He is a member of the Bolivian Bar Association, American Bar Association and International Bar Association.
