Partner Manuel Blanco has extensive experience counselling clients with regard to domestic and international corporate transactions. He has studied and practised law in both Chile and the United States. He received an LLM from Columbia University School of Law, where his studies were focused on international corporate matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities regulations. After receiving his LLM, he worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in the New York City office. A partner since 2007, he has been involved in transactions in the railroad, retail, technology, real estate and energy sectors. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, where he is a member of its Roster of Ethics Judges.
