His mining experience includes advising multilateral corporations and banks on syndicated loans to the industry. Recently, he led the counsel to Asesorías Tyndall SpA in the process of selling its shares in Distribuidora Andina de Combustibles SA to Primax Holding SAS and to Inversiones Primax SAS for a total price of US$231.9 million.
