Cristóbal Villarino has been a partner at Prieto since 2015.
He counsels national and international clients in transactions related to the capital market, including bond and share offers on international markets, acquisition and development of real estate projects, project financing, public and private concession processes and corporate matters.
He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile in 2002 and LLM at Northwestern University, Chicago, where he earned his law master's.
He subsequently worked as a foreign lawyer in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York.
Diploma in business and European integration from the Institute of Political Science Studies of Paris.
He was an assistant at Universidad de Los Andes between (2007–2008) and has been a professor in the same school since 2011.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
