Mr Guevara Lynch is currently the managing partner of Allende & Brea. He joined the firm in 1996 after graduating from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1995 and became partner in 2003 after obtaining a master’s in law in 1999 from Duke University where he studied general corporate law in the Law School, and finance at the Fuqua School of Business. Between 1991 and 1996 he served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in Buenos Aires and between 2000 and 2002 he worked at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
Mr Guevara Lynch has represented clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to advising clients in acquisition transactions. His practice includes general corporate law, commercial agreements, labour and compensation, reorganisations and restructurings, financings, issuance of corporate bonds and shares listed in stock exchanges.
